5. What is included in the conference
fee?
The registration fee
covers access to the conference sessions, admission
to the exhibition conference
proceedings, lunch and reception on the first day,
dinner “banquet” on the second day and refreshments
during breaks
6. How do I book my hotel
accommodation?
The conference will be
held at the Gulf International Convention Center,
Gulf Hotel. The hotel is providing a special rate
for delegates. As hotels in Bahrain are always
heavily booked during international conferences and
exhibitions, delegates are strongly advised to book
early. The

7. What is the deadline for
registration?
There is no deadline to register; however, we
recommend that you book at your earliest to avoid
disappointment as limited spaces are available.

attending the conference?
Generally, the number of participants expected to
be ranged from

600.
