Exhibition Stands

A limited number of stands, either furnished or unfurnished are available with standard dimensions of 3 meters long and 2 meters wide. A furnished stand includes shell scheme, carpet, power point (13A, 240V), lighting and name signs in English. Additional stands, equipment or services can be arranged upon request.

 Exhibition cost, booking and Payment

Cost of one exhibition stand (3 x 2m) for the duration of the conference is SR 7,200 for furnished and SR 6,300 for unfurnished. Reservation will be made only upon receipt of a 40% deposit of the total cost for the required space. Than payment can be done by one of the two options:- Check payable to �Saudi Arabian International Chemical Sciences Chapter of the American Chemical Society (SAICSC-ACS).
