Authors are requested to follow instructions as shown below in preparing the Extended Abstracts.

Formatting Guidelines

Extended Abstracts should be formatted using the preprint template of Petroleum Chemistry Division, American Chemical Society.

Length

Extended Abstracts including tables and figures must be 2 columns per page and should be at least 2 pages and no more than 4 pages in length.

Size

Paper size must be letter size, 8 1/2" X 11".  No other formats/sizes (such as A4) are accepted.

All Extended Abstracts are expected to contain the following headings: 

                Introduction

                Experimental

                Results and Discussion

                Conclusions

                Acknowledgments (if any)

                References

All submissions must be sent online through the website as MS-WORD files. Authors are requested to name their file using the abstract ID (sent with the abstract acceptance notification email) to facilitate tracking of their submissions. You will receive an email confirming your submission. Authors who cannot submit the abstract / Extended abstract (s) using the electronic system may email the submission to the Technical Committee Chair
